Installed under ceramic tile in master bath over 1/4"Hardiebacker cement board.The floor is complete and I had a chance to test it working.The floor warming mat works very well.Works of 120V 15A breaker,no issues here.Warms up quickly and when turned off the tile remains warm for some time.Thermostat is also nice but had problems navigating it.May be with time will gets easier.Overall, nice thing to have under the tile.You never know when your feet will get cold,Stan from London,Ontario,Canada.

Purchased both products for bathroom renovation. Both products are excellent value & quality for the money.I like the Eurostyle Programmable Thermostat SAS968FHL-A cool looking and functional. Floor warming mat MFW-T-120/12-240 comes with fiberglass mesh and heating cable that fits your specific space. Overall this is fine products,glad I have bought it. Saved some money too looking at comparable products.
